Users of the Estaita platform and mobile application may request deletion of their account and associated personal data at any time.
Estaita accounts are typically created through property managers, estate agents, developers, or landlords. If you wish to delete your account and personal data, you can submit a request directly to our team.
How to request account deletion
To request deletion of your Estaita account, please email:
Include the following information in your request:
• the email address associated with your account
• the name of the property, building, or organisation linked to your account
• the subject line “Account Deletion Request”
We may request additional information to verify your identity before processing the request.
What data will be deleted
Once your request is verified and processed, Estaita will delete or anonymise personal data associated with your account, which may include:
• user profile and contact information
• authentication and login data
• messages or communications submitted through the platform
• maintenance requests and related submissions
• uploaded photos, videos, and attachments linked to your account
Data that may be retained
Certain information may be retained where necessary for legitimate operational or legal reasons, including:
• compliance with legal or regulatory obligations
• fraud prevention and security monitoring
• maintaining system integrity and audit logs
• resolving disputes or enforcing agreements
Where data must be retained, it will only be stored for the minimum period required under applicable law or operational necessity.
Processing time
Verified account deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days.
