2.1 Legal and safety misuse

You must not:

• Use Estaita to bypass, avoid, or reduce landlord, developer, or property manager legal obligations

• Use Estaita as a substitute for emergency services

• Rely on Estaita for health, safety, or emergency response

• Upload content relating to illegal, unsafe, or non compliant activity

2.2 Content misuse

You must not upload, transmit, or store:

• Illegal content

• Unsafe or harmful material

• Abusive, threatening, or misleading communications

• Content that infringes intellectual property rights

• Content that violates privacy or data protection laws

2.3 Platform abuse

You must not:

• Reverse engineer, copy, scrape, or reproduce the platform

• Attempt to access source code, models, or infrastructure

• Circumvent security or access controls

• Interfere with platform performance or integrity

• Use automated tools to extract data without permission

2.4 Misrepresentation

You must not:

• Misrepresent your identity or authority

• Impersonate Estaita or its representatives

• Provide false or misleading information through the platform

3. Enforcement

Estaita may take action without notice where required.

This includes:

• Immediate suspension of access

• Account termination

• Removal of content

• Restriction of features

Actions may be taken for:

• Security risk

• Legal risk

• Platform abuse

• Breach of this Policy

4. Consequences of breach

Breach of this Policy may result in:

• Immediate suspension

• Termination without refund

• Indemnity exposure under the Terms and Conditions

5. Changes to this Policy

Estaita may update this Policy at any time.

Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
